These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Musi Offline Player application and related services (the “App”), operated by ImproverTech.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any actions taken using your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information where required.
  • You are solely responsible for any content you upload, store, or manage through the App.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

You must not:

  • Abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate, or impersonate any other user or entity.
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or privacy-invading content.
  • Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted audio or media without permission.
  • Use the App to distribute spam, unsolicited promotions, advertisements, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the App, servers, or networks, including through malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App or falsely imply association with it.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or policies related to use of the App.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, without notice.

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload or store in the App.
  • By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to process your content only as necessary to operate and provide the App’s features.
  • We do not claim ownership of your personal files, audio, or stored content.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How we use and protect it
  • Your rights regarding your personal information

By using the App, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability & Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons.

6. Content Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to:

  • Remove content or disable accounts that violate these Terms
  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required

We are not responsible for user-generated content but reserve the right to act when violations occur.

7. Subscriptions & Refunds

  • In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
  • We do not control refunds. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their App Store account settings.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All App-related assets—including but not limited to software, design, logos, images, text, audio, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of ImproverTech or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy or reuse App branding or assets without permission
  • Use the App name, logos, or trademarks without authorization

Any feedback you provide may be used freely by us without compensation or obligation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a risk to the App or other users.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
